Welcome to Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. (“the Company”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. (“the Client”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. provides private investigation services, which may include surveillance, data collection, and unconventional methods of investigation as explicitly authorized by the Client. While the Company uses all authorized methods ethically and within legal limits, results are not guaranteed.
3. Client Authorization
The Client consents to and authorizes the use of various investigative techniques, which may include unconventional methods. The Client agrees that they understand and fully accept the risks and limitations associated with these methods. The scope and nature of the investigation will be agreed upon in writing before commencing any work.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The Company shall not be held liable for any actions taken by the Client, or any third party associated with the Client, that may be illegal or result in criminal activity. The Client assumes full responsibility for any unlawful conduct, misuse, or consequences stemming from the information gathered by the Company. Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. expressly disclaims any liability for damages or losses, including those arising from the Client’s actions based on the investigation findings.
5. No Criminal Participation
Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. does not engage in or condone any illegal activities. The Client acknowledges that the Company’s services are strictly limited to legal investigative work. If at any point the Company suspects the Client is involved in illegal activities, it reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately and without notice.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made to the Company are subject to a review for potential refunds. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. based on the work performed, progress of the investigation, and results obtained. The Company will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
7. Confidentiality
Private Investigator Cloud Ltd. takes confidentiality seriously and will make every reasonable effort to protect the information and privacy of the Client. However, the Company cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized disclosure caused by circumstances beyond its control.
8. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to terminate any investigation or agreement at its discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, any remaining balance of unused services paid for in advance may be refunded or retained depending on the services rendered up to that point.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Private Investigator Cloud Ltd., its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client’s use of the services, including any unlawful acts or misuse of the information provided.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms of Service shall be resolved first through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Body]. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Amendments to the Terms
